职位描述

任职资格

  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in managing and implementing HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
  • Location - Must be willing to work in Sg Bakau, Rawang, Selangor

岗位职责

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to exit management.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies - job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies in line with company objectives and legal compliance.
  • Conduct performance management reviews and support career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a motivated workforce.
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records with strict confidentiality.
