Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, Education, Communication, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in training, business development, B2B sales, HR, event management, NGO, education, or consultancy.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, formal emails, and concise reports.
Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently, hands-on, and in an organized manner.
Driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
Additional Advantages
Experience with training providers/HRDCorp registered providers.
Background in corporate training, team building, seminars, workshops, or consultancy.
Network of trainers, consultants, or corporate clients.
Experience in B2B sales to companies, NGOs, schools, foundations, or agencies.
Familiarity with Canva/basic promotional tools.
Basic understanding of governance, fundraising, marketing, compliance, or organizational development.
岗位职责
Identify and contact prospective clients from companies, NGOs, schools, foundations, institutions, and organizations.
Build and update prospect databases and sales pipelines.
Prepare proposals, quotations, course outlines, and sales support documents.
Follow up with prospects until sales status is clear.
Coordinate training programs before, during, and after sessions.
Manage trainers, consultants, participants, venues, training materials, certificates, and program reports.
Assist in developing Impak Pro’s course catalog and consultancy packages.
Support HRDCorp/training provider documentation.
Provide weekly reports to management.
Help build basic SOPs and company filing systems.
