Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management, or a related role.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Able to analyze data and track campaign performance metrics.
Existing network of KOLs, influencers, or affiliate partners is an added advantage.
Experience in home & living, bedding, or related consumer products is preferred.
Strong understanding of content that drives conversions and sales, not just views or engagement.
岗位职责
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada (Search Ads, Discovery Ads, and Affiliate Ads).
Manage and optimizeMeta Ads(Facebook & Instagram) to maximize campaign performance.
Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR, and implement continuous optimization strategies.
Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Operations team to execute promotional campaigns, including mega sales, vouchers, bundles, and other marketing initiatives.
Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis to:
Identify high-performing and profitable products.
Detect underperforming campaigns and optimize advertising spend.
Continuously optimize:

Propose and execute scaling strategies to maximize the performance of successful campaigns.
