Minimum 1–2 years beauty/spa/aesthetic industry experience

Beauty certificate / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SKM (added advantage)

Experience in facial, slimming, or wellness treatments

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Provide professional beauty, slimming, anti-aging, lifting, and wellness treatments according to company SOP.

Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products based on customer needs.

Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare advice to new and existing customers.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Promote and upsell treatment packages, products, and memberships to achieve sales targets.

Ensure treatment rooms, machines, and accessories are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
