Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, sales administration, event coordination, or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in sales reporting, commission calculation, stock monitoring, and payment processing is an advantage.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and support roadshows or events when required.
Willing to work weekends or travel occasionally for roadshows and special events.
Preferred
Experience in retail, home fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, or event-related operations.
Familiarity with procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare sales report for roadshows.
2. Prepare monthly sales report for home fairs and roadshows. (Detailed report)
3. Packing goods and accessories for roadshow.
4. Key in Sales Data for roadshows.
5. Prepare Sales Commission for Field Force, Part Timers and Shooters.
6. Checking quotations from contractors.
7. Prepare payment vouchers for payment to contractors.
8. Acting as middle person between FF and logistics for delivery for Sales Orders for roadshows.
9. Handle petty cash – Payment and claims.
10. Get Procurement to issue Purchase Orders and submit to suppliers (Fair use).
11. Checking stock balance to make sure tally with quantity provided by logistic after the home fair/roadshows.
12. Report daily Sales (Fair and Roadshows) to the management group.
13. Create WhatsApp Group for each home fairs and roadshows.
14. Liaise with organizer and contractor for special events (i.e.: Standard chartered and Astro)
