Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience:
· Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing/automotive/electronics).
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
岗位职责
The Material Planner Executive is responsible for ensuring timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging to support production schedules. The role involves demand planning, supplier coordination, inventory control, and continuous improvement in material flow to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
1. Material Planning & Scheduling
Develop and execute material requirement plans (MRP) based on production forecasts and customer demand.
Monitor material availability and align with production schedules to avoid line stoppages.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
2. Supplier & Procurement Coordination
Work closely with procurement team to follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
Liaise with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, or quality issues.
Support supplier performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
3. Inventory Management
Maintain optimum stock levels to balance cost efficiency and production continuity.
Track and analyze inventory movement, ensuring accuracy of material data in ERP system.
Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and propose corrective actions.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Update material planning systems (ERP/MRP) with accurate lead times, MOQ, and safety stock levels.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on inventory, shortages, and material planning KPIs.
Provide input for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/IATF standards, and safety regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Support cost reduction initiatives through better planning and supplier collaboration.
