Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience within legal, compliance, corporate services, wealth management, audit, tax, financial advisory, or other professional services environments.
Exposure to family governance, succession planning, estate planning, corporate structuring, or servicing high-net-worth individuals and families will be highly advantageous.
Proven experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD processes, compliance administration, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
Strong drafting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Client Advisory & Proposal Development
Conduct research, fact-finding exercises, and client discovery interviews to develop tailored Blueprints and Scope of Services & Fees (SSF) proposals aligned with prospective clients' objectives and profiles.
Prepare and present customized advisory solutions and recommendations to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
Client Onboarding & Due Diligence
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including the preparation of Know Your Client (KYC) documentation, engagement letters, onboarding forms, interview worksheets, and milestone schedules.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while coordinating the collection and verification of supporting documents.
Wealth Structuring & Financial Analysis
Compile and analyze clients' financial information to prepare net worth assessments and support the development of customized structural planning strategies.
Assist in evaluating client objectives and financial circumstances to recommend appropriate planning solutions.
Family Governance & Succession Planning
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and gather relevant feedback to develop and finalize Family Governance frameworks and presentations.
Support the preparation, review, and coordination of legal documentation, including Family Constitutions, Deeds of Family Arrangements, Deeds of Adherence, Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills, and shareholder succession-related documents.
Prepare asset inventories, equalization schedules, and related supporting documentation for succession planning engagements.
Client Relationship Management & Meeting Coordination
Coordinate and manage client meetings by scheduling appointments, preparing presentation materials, facilitating discussions, recording meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Ensure timely communication of meeting outcomes, documentation, and project updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with legal advisors, tax consultants, trust administrators, company secretaries, and other professional service providers to facilitate implementation of approved structures and strategies.
Review legal documentation, provide feedback, coordinate execution processes, and manage document handovers.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
Assist in preparing compliance-related submissions and reports for foundations and other entities.
Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting processes, including coordination with Corporate Services teams and external advisors to meet regulatory obligations.
Advisory Services & Ongoing Client Support
Coordinate Family Council, Investment Committee, and Performance Management Office meetings and initiatives.
Support the delivery of value-added advisory services, including succession planning, nominee arrangements, family office management, coaching services, and capital statement preparation.
Documentation & Administrative Management
Maintain accurate records, templates, checklists, logs, and operational documentation.
Prepare presentation decks, standardize documentation practices, and contribute to process improvements and SOP enhancements.
Leadership & Team Development
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and, where appropriate, clients' family members.
Participate actively in internal meetings, contribute to strategic case discussions, and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
Billing & Accounts Coordination
Coordinate client invoicing activities and monitor payment collections.
Follow up on outstanding receivables, manage debtor aging reports, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between clients, Corporate Services, audit and tax teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery and information flow.
