Requirements
Experience in administrative or accounting-related roles is an advantage (fresh grads are encouraged to apply).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Good communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Able to work independently and demonstrate good punctuality.
Must be available to work on Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable, including payment processing and debtor aging reports.
Prepare and send invoices and quotations to clients.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-in visits.
Attend to walk-in customers with professional and prompt service.
Conduct stock checks and maintain accurateinventory records.
Perform general administrative tasks, including document filing and maintaining organized records.
