A minimum of Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, Journalism, Performing Arts, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a live host, emcee, presenter, or similar role, preferably in broadcast media, entertainment, or events.

Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Tiktok Live, Instagram Live, or Facebook Live. Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

Comfortable being on camera and speaking in front of large audiences for extended periods.

Knowledgeable about current trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate live streaming schedules and promotional events. Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Plan, create, and produce engaging digital content (videos, posts, scripts) across platforms to promote brand awareness and audience engagement. Host live streams, product launches, and interactive sessions across multiple social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

Engage audiences in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster a strong online community. Develop creative and trending content ideas aligned with marketing goals and target audience interests.

Conduct live interviews or discussions with influencers, clients, or subject matter experts in a professional, brand-aligned manner. Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategy for improved engagement and reach.

Work closely with marketing and technical teams to coordinate pre-live planning and post-show reviews.

Ensure high production quality during live broadcasts, including visuals, lighting, and sound.

Stay updated on current trends, viral content, and industry news to keep content relevant and fresh.

Uphold and represent brand values consistently across all content and live hosting appearances.
