· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.

· 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations.

· Experienced in handling full set accounts independently for both Sdn. Bhd. and Sole Proprietorship companies.

· Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel (especially in SQL system).

· Familiarity with SST, audit, and tax compliance.

· Able to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced business environment.

· Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

· Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.

· Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals

· We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.

· Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.

· Full-Time position(s).

· Able to work at HQ office : No.7, Jalan Perindustrian Desa Aman 1A, Industri Desa Aman Kepong, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.

1. Full Set of Accounts

· Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

· Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and updated.

2. Financial Reporting

· Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

3. Cash Flow & Banking

· Monitor daily cash flow transactions.

· Prepare bank reconciliations and payment schedules.

· Process supplier and operational payments.

4. Audit & Taxation

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant authorities.

5. Budgeting & Analysis

· Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

· Analyze operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm)
