Master or Bachelor of Science, Major in Chemistry/ Biology/ Bio Technology/ Bio Chemistry.

3 years working experience in personal care industry in FMCG line.

Strong technical know-how.

Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.

Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power-Point.

New product development: Manage product development processes including technical studies, formulation development, product safety clearance, claim substantiation, and product information filing.

Product Testing & Evaluation: Capable to independently design and execute experiments: Conducting stability, performance, and sensory testing to support product development and optimization.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and own assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Market phasing role where experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with marketing is essential.

Troubleshooting: Posted competency to perform investigation and technical support in relating to product complaint, production deviation & raw material quality issue. Continuous improvement to resolve product performance gaps.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
