Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Willing to travel to company branches within Kuala Lumpur when operational support is required.
Experience in customer service, call center operations, parking operations, CCTV monitoring, operations control center, or technical support will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Rotational Shifts: (6 Working Days Per Week, 1 Rotational Rest Day)
Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day (excluding 1-hour meal break).
Shift A
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift B
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift C
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
30-minute meal break provided for each shift.

岗位职责
Monitor daily parking operations for all company branches from the Operations Control Centre.
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, and assistance requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, intercom systems, and parking management platforms.
Coordinate with site personnel to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
Investigate and respond to parking system issues, equipment failures, transaction disputes, and operational incidents.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for PCs, modems, internet connectivity, parking equipment, and related systems.
Escalate technical and operational issues to Management, vendors, or service providers when required.
Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and branch updates.
Ensure customer complaints and operational matters are handled professionally and resolved promptly.
Provide operational support at company parking sites within Kuala Lumpur when required.
