Purchasing Executive / Assistant
• SPM or Diploma holder in Business Studies/Administration with some Accounts knowledge
• Min 2 year(s) experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Chinese and able to communicate and write in English and Chinese
• Training and supervision will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
岗位职责
• Liaise with suppliers and sales department on all purchasing or claim activities
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain quality of goods and timely delivery
• Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
• Co-ordinates with sales and store department on inventory management
• Liaise with shipping logistics on all shipping matters and negotiating of rates
• Liaise with Insurance agent on coverage of all import shipments
• Liaise with clearance forwarders on all custom clearance matter
• Manage the complete export matter by liaising with supplier, oversea client and forwarders on the export arrangement
• Handling of Accounts Payable and Costing
