Job Description

Requirements

  • 机械工程、电气工程、机电工程或相关专业 Diploma 或 Degree

  • 至少 2年以上制造业设备维护或工程经验

  • 能使用 华语沟通，以便与中国总部技术团队对接

  • 可基本使用英语及马来语沟通

  • 具备 设备安装、调试及维修经验

  • 具备 阅读电气原理图、电路图及控制线路图的能力

  • 熟悉 PLC 故障排查或自动化设备者优先

  • 熟悉 设备预防性维护 (Preventive Maintenance)

  • 熟悉生产设备、电机、传感器及控制系统

  • 具备良好的问题分析及解决能力

  • 能独立处理设备问题并在压力下工作

  • 具积极工作态度及团队合作精神

  • Working Hours：Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 薪资将根据相关经验与能力在薪资范围内进行商议

Responsibilities

  • 负责 生产设备安装、调试及日常维护

  • 进行 设备预防性维护及故障排除

  • 处理 电气、机械及自动化设备故障

  • 分析设备问题并减少生产停机时间

  • 监控设备运行状态并提出优化方案

  • 协助生产线设备优化及效率提升

  • 与 生产团队及工程团队协作

  • 建立及维护 设备维修记录及技术文件

  • 与 中国总部工程团队对接技术问题

  • 管理设备备件库存及维修计划

  • 确保设备运行符合 安全标准及操作规范

  • 完成管理层安排的其他工程相关工作
