Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Retail or customer service experience is an added advantage

6 days' work & Able to work during peak season / Public Holiday

Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.

Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.

Handle online enquiries and orders via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Assist customers with product selection and order arrangements.

Coordinate customer orders and deliveries.

Maintain shop cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.

Support daily retail operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
