Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Lead and manage production staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Ensure products are produced according to quality standards and customer requirements.

Coordinate with Sales, Pre-production, Packing and Logistic teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of production machines and equipment.

Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

Prepare production reports and update management on production progress.

Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in printing, advertising, or manufacturing industry.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Able to plan production schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiar with production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
