Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

At least 5 years of sales experience in securing projects is required.

Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with local and global teams.

Willing to travel.

Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.

Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of Company within the project market and the new residential market.

Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting products, write proposals, specifications, and obtain approval of Company products.

Work with local government authorities and inspectors to ensure specific local approvals, listings, or product standard tests.

Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote Company products.

Educate distributor personnel about Company's project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting, and releasing orders for jobs.

Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.

Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.
