任职资格
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to handle Mandarin-speaking agencies.
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
Stress tolerance and ability to work in a pressured environment.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
岗位职责
To manage all HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, employee benefits & compensations and disciplinary issues;
To support the HR Dept in compliance with all Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations;
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization;
To handle attendance verification and leave record management;
To prepare periodic HR reports to superior by monthly / as and when necessary;
To support on HR administrative duties;
To assist / perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management from time to time.
