Requirement
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Experience in Sales Admin, General Admin, or related field is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software or similar systems is an advantage
Good command of Mandarin and Malay (spoken and written)
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Experience in manufacturing operations will be an added advantage
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

岗位职责
Generate Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Goods Receiving Notes (GRN)
Process customers' orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate and coordinate with sales team, warehouse, customers, and admin team regarding order arrangements and delivery schedules
Follow up on customers' orders and enquiries
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information
Ensure accurate data entry and proper record keeping
Assist in any other sales administration duties assigned by management
Training will be provided
