• Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Required skills: Purchasing, Negotiation, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Able to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Off day: 2 days (Friday and Sunday)

• Working Hour : 7.30am – 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break

• Supply Chain System (Purchasing)

(1) Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials and ensure no shortage and no expiry by all means

• Learn Zensho system used for Supply Chain department

• purchasing data is correct

• Ensure inventory data is correct

• Understand and master operation in Supply Chain department (e.g.: picking, shipping)

• Ensure 3rd party warehouse movement stock data is correct

• Prepare data for monthly closing

• Attend auditor during physical stock count for fiscal year closing (both CK and 3rd party warehouse)

• Working with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and will have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.

• Any job/task instructed by superior

• Decide raw materials (food and nonfood) to send to outlets everyday and ensure no shortage and no expiry by all means

(2) Daily working hours.

• Working hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break

• Off day: 2 days (Friday and Sunday)

• Public holiday: high possibility to work according to the need and get replacement leave

But there will be training at outlet and also outside meeting (e.g.: HQ)
