任职资格
Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting or the related fields.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
Candidate familiar in Autocount accounting software will be add advantage.
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
Possess own transport.
Location: Balakong
岗位职责
To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts including all the necessary supporting schedules.
To coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance related SOPs.
To prepare and ensure completeness of the recording of all accounting entries – AR, AP, GL & Cash Management etc.
To check bank reconciliations and all reconciliations are prepared on timely basis and to report on any discrepancies.
To perform treasury function, cash flow management includes preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and monitoring daily bank balances & funds.
To assist in preparing forecast Sales reports and to monitor monthly Sales target.
To assist in budgeting and budgetary control process for the related projects.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior/ Management to you from time to time.
