Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum internship period: 3 – 6 months

Basic knowledge in:

• Construction drawings and measurements

• Bill of Quantities (BQ)

• Cost estimation

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (preferred)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willing to work at project site / office as assigned

Assist in taking-off quantities from drawings

Support preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ)

Assist in cost estimation and budgeting

Help in preparing progress claims and variation orders (VO)

Maintain proper documentation and records

Liaise with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors

Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
