The Marketing Support Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the Marketing and Sales Departments to ensure smooth business operations. This position focuses on preparing marketing materials, analyzing sales performance, coordinating sample requests, and assisting the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Performance Support - Prepare and maintain accurate weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports for management review.
2. Propose promotional activities, bundles or marketing tactics to increase conversion and revenue.
3. Assist in updating in Online platform listings (pricing & stock labels)
4. Prepare sample packs for customers who require product testing
5. Monitor sample stocks and ensure replenishment is done on time and updated it in stock card.
6. Update and manage spreadsheets for sales data, stock movement, customer inquiries and sample distribution.
