Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Candidates without formal certification must have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision

Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Familiar wit h construction methods and building materials

Able to work outstation and stay overnight.

Oversea daily site operations and construction activities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and report updates to management

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and project teams

Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
