•Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team success.

•Make outbound calls to prospects to identify landlords open for rental opportunities or renovation services.

•Achieve daily call targets of approximately 100 calls.

•Secure a minimum of 8 successful client engagements per week.

•Maintain professionalism and persistence in all customer interactions.

•Record and update client information accurately in the system.

•Support business development initiatives by generating qualified leads.
