Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Engineering or related field.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of project coordination, engineering processes, and relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project-related tools.

Willing to travel and attend site visits when required.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.

Lead or assist in project planning, execution, and supervision of ongoing projects.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress.

Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and all related project documentation.

Ensure project works are carried out according to specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines.

Monitor site progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical technical support during project execution or installation.

Coordinate material delivery, manpower arrangement, and site requirements to avoid project delays.

Attend project meetings, site inspections, and provide regular updates on project status.

Assist in project costing, quotation review, and feasibility assessments where required.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
