Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or E-commerce.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and a solid grasp of online sales processes, including order fulfillment and customer service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve key account performance.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and customers.
Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Great sense of responsibility and attendance.
Must be able to work full-time and be present on-site at the Shah Alam office location.

Assist in managing and growing key e-commerce accounts, focusing on the FMCG/Consumer Products category.
Support the Key Account Team in developing and executing account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in key account performance.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing account performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., commercial, marketing, designers) to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives and promotions for key accounts.
Assist in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for key accounts, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, sales data, and communications.
Provide administrative support to the Key Account Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
