Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or other related disciplines.
Minimum five (05) years of working experience in IT, Applications Support, Systems Management, Network Infrastructure, Digital Solutions, Operational Systems, or related fields.
Experience in system implementation, operational support systems, dashboard/reporting tools, vendor management, or digital transformation projects would be an added advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
Degree in IT, Business, Aviation, Operations, or related field; certifications are an advantage.
Basic project management skills in planning, coordination, risk, and delivery monitoring.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, SAP, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of operational systems, workflows, digital applications, and system integration.
Experience in vendor management, SLA monitoring, and contract compliance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Experience in airline, catering, hospitality, logistics, or operations is an advantage.

Lead the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of inflight systems, applications, dashboards, and digital solutions.
Manage system projects, rollouts, enhancements, user training, budgets, timelines, and benefits realization to support business objectives.
Oversee system support, incident management, SLA compliance, vendor performance, and resolution of operational and system issues.
Analyse system, operational, and financial impacts; manage changes, integrations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead system support and data teams, ensuring governance, security, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and operational continuity.
