Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Food Industry / Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Outgoing and able to communicate with all level of people in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel intensively.
A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.
Computer skills, especially MS Office and SQL software.
Superb computer competence, including database management.
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
岗位职责
The preparation of the companies QA/QC manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation.
Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
Attend client quality management meetings.
The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
Monitor statistical method reporting.
Handle customer complains and provide corrective action to improve the problem. Action and close all customer complaints.
Production line inspection to maintain hygiene and document record.
Handling and inspect incoming raw material and finished goods.
Monitoring the overall factory hygiene and cleanliness.
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Assist in warehouse daily jobs (Inspect the quality of the items before sending out to customers).
Review and check the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Maintain accurate and organize records of QA/QC activities.
Manage COA of the item received.
Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management.
Update PRP, HACCP manuals, and control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
Assist in 3rd party auditor: Supplier & government (HACCP, GMP, HALAL, MESTI).
Responsible for HALAL & HACCP cert. application from JAKIM & MOH.
Maintain and keep the HALAL cert. & HACCP document up-to-date.
Responsible to train the employees on food safety and workers behaviours during working.
Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.
Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others.
