Full Time Account Cum Auditor Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Hira Mix Trading Semenyih - Ricebowl

Hira Mix Global Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing B2C e-commerce business. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Accountant cum Auditor to manage our financial health and strengthen our internal controls.

If you have experience reconciling high-volume online sales and want a role that combines core accounting with internal auditing, this is for you.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector.

• Skills: Strong familiarity with e-commerce platform backend reports and transaction matching.

• Knowledge: Up-to-date with Malaysian statutory requirements (SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB).

• Mindset: Highly analytical with an eye for detail to spot discrepancies in inventory and expenses.

• Full Sets of Accounts: Manage monthly closing, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

• E-commerce Reconciliation: Match high-volume transactions from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and payment gateways against bank statements.

• Internal Audit: Conduct regular audits on inventory, warehouse stock counts, procurement invoices, and expenses to prevent leakage.

• Tax & Compliance: Handle SST filing, corporate tax submission, and ensure alignment with Malaysian Public Ruling guidelines.

• External Liaison: Coordinate year-end financial reporting with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
