Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management (experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry is a significant advantage).
Full B motorcycle license holder prioritized.
Linguistic Proficiency:
Trilingual Fluency:Professional proficiency inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with our diverse dealer base and stakeholders.
Interpersonal & Organizational Excellence:
Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills with the ability to build long-term trust with business owners.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple dealership accounts and event timelines simultaneously.
Mobility:
Must possess own transportation and a valid driver’s license, as this role requires frequent travel to visit dealers and attend off-site events.
岗位职责
1. Network Development & Account Management
Manage & Expand: Actively maintain relationships with the existing dealer network while identifying and onboarding new partners to increase market penetration.
Revenue Protection:Monitor dealer performance andensure timely payment collections and credit compliance to maintain healthy cash flow.
2. Product Advocacy & Empowerment
Technical Training:Conduct comprehensiveproduct knowledge sessions for dealers and their sales teams to ensure they can effectively communicate our brand's value to end-users.
Support: Serve as the first point of contact for dealer inquiries regarding stock, technical specs, and marketing support.
3. Performance Analysis
Track and report on sales trends within the dealership network.
