• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads exposure
• Working knowledge of marketing funnels, email workflows, and landing page optimisation
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) and CRM tools
• Able to manage multiple live campaigns and deadlines without things slipping
• Strong written English — you can produce campaign copy and clear reports without needing heavy editing
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being micromanaged
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
岗位职责
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for assigned exhibitions across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Build and manage marketing funnels — from initial interest through to registration and lead conversion
• Write and produce content for landing pages, drip email sequences, and paid ad creatives
• Manage Mailchimp campaigns and Zoho CRM workflows for lead nurturing and follow-up
• Track and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly — with clear insights and next-step recommendations, not just numbers
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure assets are on brief and delivered on schedule
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to raise the quality and efficiency of everything you produce
• Support the Digital Marketing AM in strategic planning and cross-department coordination
