Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

• Experience in the printing industry is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good presentation and sales closing skills.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Document and Record Management

• Prepare sales documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

• Manage sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

• Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales information in the system.

Sales Team Operations Support

• Assist the sales team by preparing marketing materials and performance reports.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.

• Coordinate meeting schedules and sales activities.

Customer Communication

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to resolve issues or provide information.

• Handle customer feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

• Support efforts to maintain strong and positive customer relationships.

Sales and Inventory Monitoring

• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Manage inventory related to sales activities.

• Alert the sales team to sales trends or inventory replenishment requirements.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare weekly or monthly sales performance reports.

• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Additional Information

• Sales commission is based on achieving sales targets, starting at 1% commission on sales from RM15,000.00 onwards.
