任职资格
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting is an advantage.
Able to work 6 working days per week
岗位职责
Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and other operational transactions.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries as required.
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
