• Degree holder in Social Science, Business Administration or any other related disciplines.

• 5 years working experience in Procurement of a manufacturing environment.

• Acquire analytical mind, strategic and positive thinking in executing purchasing activities.

• Able to make decisions creatively and instantly.

• Understand the needs for negotiation and able to conduct timely negotiation with vendors.

• Familiar with ERP System operation.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Carry out the Procurement function and responsible for coordinating the sourcing process of Indirect Category (CAPEX & OPEX), Logistic and Supporting Material.  

RESPONSIBILITY

• Developing and executing plans to achieve annual savings and business simplification (supplier reduction, payment terms improvement and process efficiency) targets for above mention categories.

• Negotiations on strategically source third-party service providers and establish contracts accordingly.

• Ensure all contracts are establish, maintained, renewed and uploaded accordingly into ERP System.

• Working collaboratively with Business user and Global Category Manager to ensure sourcing projects meet company requirements and are executed efficiently.

• Actively utilized e-Auction platform for competitive bidding and E-Procurement for PO & delivery management.

• Manage the periodical up-dates of WAVE, TWC and all other data collection required by Global Team.

• Support in Vendor Database Maintenance, audit data collection, Sourcing Board, Sourcing Request Form and other compliance related task in accordance with Global Procurement Policy.

• Coordination of PR processing and PO issuance for all purchase of Indirect & Supporting Material based on the company's requirement.

• Support accordingly in any other functions related to the betterment of the organizations well-being.
