Full Time Accounts Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in Beauty Hub Academy Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Accounting Responsibilities

• Independently handle full-set accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.

• Process invoices, payments, petty cash, and staff claims.

• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and suppliers.

• Maintain and organize all finance-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and office coordination.

• Support the overall smooth operation of the clinic through administrative assistance.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to independently manage full-set accounts.

Technical Skills

• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or UBS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
