- 具备良好的镜头感和舞台表现力，能够调动直播间气氛
- 有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
- 有直播带货经验者优先，优秀应届生亦可考虑
- 熟悉直播平台操作和规则
- 能够适应弹性工作时间
Responsibilities
- 负责公司产品或合作品牌的直播带货工作
- 根据产品特性和目标受众，策划并执行有吸引力的直播内容
- 与观众进行实时互动，解答疑问，引导下单转化
- 维护直播间氛围，提升观众观看时长和互动率
- 熟悉产品知识，能够专业、生动地介绍产品卖点
- 直播结束后，进行数据复盘和总结，优化后续直播策略
- 配合市场部进行直播预热和推广活动
