Handle daily accounting and finance operations

Prepare and process Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments to suppliers and overseas vendors

Monitor bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Ensure timely payment processing and proper documentation

Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable records

Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment matters

Assist in invoice verification and payment scheduling

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
