Possession of Minimum SPM or equivalent; candidates with retail or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.

Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance.

Comfortable handling cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and general store operations.

A genuine interest in lifestyle brands, character merchandise, or pop culture is a plus.

Having your own vehicle is an added advantage.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.

Proactively engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable in-store experience.

Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

Contribute to creating a fun, vibrant, and memorable retail environment that brings the Care Bears brand to life.

Represent the brand with enthusiasm and positivity in every customer interaction.
