Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science or related fields.

Experience working with children, especially children with special needs, is an added advantage.

Knowledge in gross motor development, sensory activities, physical training, or adaptive sports programmes is preferred.

Energetic, patient, caring, and passionate in working with children.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable using computers for basic documentation and reporting tasks.

Ability to assess students' physical abilities and adapt activities accordingly.

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Plan and conduct sports, physical, and movement-based activities for children with special needs.

Support students in improving gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, body awareness, and physical endurance.

Work closely with EIP teachers and Occupational Therapists to integrate physical activities into students' daily learning routines.

Observe, assess, and monitor students' physical development and progress.

Prepare individualized or group-based activity plans according to students' developmental needs and abilities.

Encourage students' participation, confidence, teamwork, and social interaction through physical activities and sports.

Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment during all sessions.

Maintain professional knowledge and stay updated with current physical coaching, sensory-motor, and child development practices.

Provide guidance and support to parents for home-based physical activities and exercises.

Prepare simple progress reports and participate in students' progress discussions every 3 months.
