任职资格

  • Certificate for improvement in related filled, Diploma & above in accounting, finance, business analysis and etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Awareness of business trends;
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements; Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • MS Excel skills including Vlookups / Xlookups and pivot tables take in advanced
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to speak mandarin take in advance

岗位职责

  • Control and manage the financial activities of the companies include general ledger, account payables, account receivables, inventory, and fixed assets.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Assist with tax audits, tax submission and tax returns
  • Submit E-invoice and support month-end and year-end close process
  • Smooth out problems within the workplace
  • Assist in prepare closing of monthly & yearly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
