Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Perform bank reconciliation, data entry, and maintain accurate accounting records
Process payments, input data, and submit transactions through the banking system
Prepare payment vouchers and directors’ claims
Issue invoices for rental and outright purchase customers
Documentation & Operations
Prepare daily Delivery Orders and Collection Orders
Monitor and update customer deposit refund status
Track contract expiry dates and notify the sales team for follow-up
Inventory & Record Management
Maintain and update inventory stock codes to ensure system accuracy
Keep records well-organized and up to date for smooth operations
Reporting
Generate weekly reports on upcoming expiring software licenses
Prepare monthly purchasing reports for management review
Contract Management
Prepare contracts for new rental customers
Accurately input details such as pricing, unit, and serial numbers
