Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience for Designer or 5+ years for Senior Designer in POSM design or related fields.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, KeyShot) is an advantage.

Strong portfolio demonstrating POSM or other design work, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality and innovative design solutions.

Conceptualize, design, and develop creative POSM materials, including blocks and standees, from initial concept to final production.

Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.

Prepare mock-ups and final artwork, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production.

Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance in-store promotions.
