REQUIREMENT:
Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
1 year of working experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related fields will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. (FMCG, F&B, or retail preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage (e.g., understanding of 3-way matching, accruals)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
岗位职责
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in handling day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities for operational requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and related procurement matters.
Follow up closely on delivery timelines to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Coordinate and manage logistics shipments, transportation arrangements, and operational delivery matters.
Prepare and maintain procurement-related documents such as purchase orders, invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and records.
Monitor order status and assist in resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or shipment discrepancies.
Support in sourcing suppliers and comparing quotations when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for procurement records and operational reference.
Assist in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between suppliers, outlets, warehouses, and relevant departments.
Support other procurement, operational, and administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.
