- Minimum 3–5 years experience in air import/export customs declaration.
- Strong knowledge of airfreight operations & customs laws.
- Attention to detail in handling documents.
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Good communication with stakeholders (clients, customs officers, airlines).
岗位职责
- Handle customs documentation for airfreight shipments (import & export).
- Ensure timely customs clearance to avoid shipment delays.
- Liaise with customs authorities, airlines, and freight forwarders.
- Verify shipment details against regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents and clearance status.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations.
- Check invoices, packing lists, and permits for compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on shipment status.
- Resolve clearance issues or discrepancies quickly.
- Monitor updates on customs regulations and procedures.
