• Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or POS system).

• Familiar with E-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and social media platforms.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Responsible and reliable.

• Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required.

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate product information.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

• Process customer orders, payments, and invoices.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or online platforms.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.

• Ensure the showroom or sales area is clean, organized, and well displayed.

• Assist in preparing quotations and sales documentation.

• Support sales promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
