Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll and accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (AUTOCOUNT,SQL, UBS, MYOB or equivalent).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation).
Familiarity with HR/payroll systems.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive salary data.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
Problem-solving mindset for payroll or account discrepancies.
岗位职责
· Handle HR administration including employee records, leave management, and payroll support.
· Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
· Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
· Maintain employee records including salary adjustments, allowances, and deductions.
· Support HR and operations in incentive schemes and compliance tracking.
· Manage company statutory renewals (licenses, permits, insurance, road tax, PUSPAKOM inspections).
· handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
· Liaise with government agencies, insurers, auditors, and tax agents.
· Support management in compliance reporting and operational tracking.
