Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (retail/technology solutions preferred).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia &
    English Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage).

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Leadership ability with strong teamwork mindset.

  • Willing to travel and meet clients when required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and plans.

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Manage key client accounts and build strong customer relationships.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support negotiations.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.
