Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Candidate with accounting experience will be added advantage
Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently under tight deadlines
Able to multi-task and remain motivated
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Positive attitude, responsible, meticulous and analytical
Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality
Self starter with a hands-on spirit and team spirit
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software
岗位职责
Report to Accounts Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting activities
Assist on client yearly audit
Coordination of client-related administrative tasks
Perform payroll related tasks, ie. registration of epf/socso/eis, processing payroll, generating statutory files and submission online
Assist client on registration and submission of SST to kastam.
Withholding tax filing
Respond within short time frame as well as anticipating client queries
From time to time, any other assignments as required
