Full Time IT Support Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in Intco Malaysia Sdn Bhd Pelabuhan Klang - Ricebowl

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Experience in IT support or IT operations
• Solid understanding of computer and networking fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and network issues
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
• Familiar with databases (e.g., SQL) or experience using business systems
• Experience with ERP/MES or factory systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking companies and the use of Mandarin-based systems.

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of factory IT infrastructure (computers, printers, barcode scanners, network devices, etc.)
• Maintain and support network systems (switches, routers, wireless networks)
• Troubleshoot on-site IT issues to ensure stable operation of production systems
• System Support (with development potential):
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for company systems (e.g., ERP, MES, etc.)
• Assist users with system-related issues (accounts, access rights, data discrepancies, etc.)
• Follow up on system issues and coordinate with developers on solutions
• Assist with basic data processing and report preparation

 Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8am - 5pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8am - 2pm
